NO SUGAR!!!

Okay so about 2 years ago my mom decided to do this yeast control diet. She used certain medicines and everything. I thought I would kind of do it along with her nix the medicine. On this diet you are not supposed to eat ANY sugar or white flour. So there I go. I have never had much of a sugar tooth. Now don't get me wrong I ate my shared of sugary treats but I really never enjoyed it. I always felt yucky afterward. After I had my second child I started feeling MORE yucky afterward. I would be light headed and get headaches, and sometimes feel even a little drunk. I started to worry so I got a diabetes test, it was perfectly normal. After I completely took sugar and white flour out of my diet I started feeling better. I had less headaches, just felt better. I started losing weight steadily. I did do some walking in the beginning but not regularly after that, and I kept losing weight. I eventually lost about 81 LBS. Just from removing sugar and white flour from my diet. That is lower than when I met my husband, I lost ALL of the weight I packed on from 2 pregnancies and breastfeeding (breast feeding is killer for me for some reason I really pack it on). Needless to say this "diet" became a way of life for me. When ever I accidentally get some sugar or white flour in my system I get that awful yucky feeling. I have come to the conclusion that I am "sensitive" to these foods if not allergic, so I stay away from them. I have stayed away from them for over two years now, though the shock my body went through left and my weight loss has come to a plateau for about a year now. I am very active recently and I eat very healthy (except cheese, I love cheese) but I haven't been able to loss more weight I even gained about 12 LBS back. So I have seen my mom and sister do the HCG and have lost weight and now it is MY TURN!! I'm hoping to break my plateau with one session and the continue to loss weight afterward with exercise and healthy eating.
